Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons, please find here our structure of the refund policy:
till 31st of December - 50% of the entrée fee
1st of January - 28st of February - 25% of the entrée fee
After 1st of March - NO refunds
Another option we want to offer:
A transfer to another participant is generally possible until the 28th of February.
A refund of 75% of the ticket price will be granted.
If the event has to be cancelled as a result of local restrictions, natural disasters, war, legal interventions, major accidents during the event, pandemics, lockdowns or similar causes, THE GRIT Team will reschedule the event. We will contact every participant by choosing whether to:
keep the place for the rescheduled date or
get a refund of 50% of the entry fee within the first 14 days.
A refund of the ticket price is excluded if the event has to be cancelled for unforeseeable reasons.
